Second, how to escape
The fire is merciless. In the event of a fire, the students should keep a clear head, race against time, and leave quickly. If you are besieged by fire, you must adapt to the circumstances and try to get out of danger.
(1) How to escape from a fire in a bungalow
1. When you wake up from the smoke while sleeping, you should get out of bed quickly and rush out of the room. Don't wait to run out after you have put on your clothes, time is life at this moment.
2. If the whole house is on fire and you have to crawl to the door, it is best to find a wet towel to cover your mouth and nose. If the fireworks close the door, don't go out! You should change to other exits and close the doors and windows you pass through to delay the spread of the fire to other rooms.
3. If you are trapped in a house by fireworks, use water to soak a blanket or bedding, and put it on your body, especially wrap your head, cover your nose with a wet towel, and take protective measures before you go out. Chong, this way the possibility of injury is much smaller.
4. Never lie under the bed, under the table, or get into the closet to hide. Don't risk returning to a burning room to save valuables in your home.
(2) How to escape danger when the teaching building catches fire
Due to the gradual increase in floors, the structure of modern teaching buildings is becoming more and more complex, the density of students is high, and there are more combustible materials such as desks and chairs, it is more difficult to escape in the event of a fire. Once the building catches fire, the following methods should be used to escape:
1. When you find a fire in the building, don't panic or run around. You should calmly check the fire location, determine the wind direction, and leave the fire area quickly in the direction of the wind before the fire spreads.
2. In the event of a fire, if the corridor is blocked by fireworks, the door and indoor vents should be closed immediately to prevent smoke from entering. Then block the nose and mouth with a wet towel to prevent inhalation of hot smoke and toxic gases, and moisten the upward clothes to avoid burning the body. If there is only smoke but no fire in the corridor, you can put a larger transparent plastic bag on your head to prevent the smoke from irritating the eyes and inhaling the respiratory tract, and use a low posture of bending over to escape from the fireworks area.
3. Never jump down from the window. If the floor is not high, you can use a rope to lower the window to a safe area under the protection and organization of the teacher.
4. In the event of a fire, you cannot take the elevator, because the elevator may break down or be burned by the fire at any time; you should run along the fire safety evacuation stairs towards the ground floor; if the fire stairs are blocked in the middle, you should return to the roof terrace immediately , And called for help. You can also break the window glass in the stairwell and call out for help so that rescuers know your exact location for rescue.
(3) What to do after the stairs are blocked by fire
Once the stairs are burned, it seems to be in a desperate situation of “exhaustion of mountains and rivers”, in fact it is not.
1. You can climb down from the falling water pipe installed next to the window, but pay attention to check whether the pipe is firm to prevent the human body from breaking and falling off after climbing on it and causing casualties.
2. Tear the bed sheet and connect it into a rope, fasten one end firmly to the window frame, and then slide down the rope.
3. The flat roof of the building is a relatively safe place, and you can also go there for temporary refuge.
4. Transfer from protruding walls, wall skirts and connected balconies to safe areas.
5. Evacuate in a room that is not on fire and call for help.
6. Jumping from a building is often the most undesirable way of escape. But if you are trapped on the second floor, you can use your hands to hold the edge of the window or balcony with your hands, slowly lower your feet, and jump down slightly with your knees.
There are two main aspects of fire causing casualties: one is the suffocation of the dense smoke and poisonous gas, and the other is the burn of the flame and the strong heat radiation. As long as you can avoid or reduce these two hazards, you can protect your own safety and reduce injuries. Therefore, if you master more tips for self-rescue on the fire, you may be able to get a second life in a difficult situation.
1. Self-rescue by fire, always pay attention to escape route
Everyone must have an understanding of the structure and escape route of the building where he works, study or live, and he must be familiar with the fire-fighting facilities in the building and the methods of self-rescue and escape. In this way, when a fire breaks out, you will not be desperate. When you are in an unfamiliar environment, be sure to pay attention to the evacuation passages, safety exits, and the location of the stairs, so that you can escape the scene as soon as possible at critical times.
2. Put out small fires and benefit others to benefit themselves
When a fire occurs, if the fire is not serious and has not yet caused a great threat to people, the surrounding fire-fighting equipment, such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, should be fully utilized to control and extinguish the small fire. Don't panic and scream, or ignore others and just "run away", or ignore small fires and cause catastrophe.
3. In case of sudden fire, keep calm and evacuate quickly
Suddenly faced with heavy smoke and fire, you must remain calm, quickly determine the dangerous and safe places, decide the way to escape, and evacuate from the dangerous place as soon as possible. Don't blindly follow the flow of people, crowding and rushing around each other blindly. Only with composure can you think of a good way.
4. Get out of danger as soon as possible, cherish life and love money
In the fire scene, life is more expensive than money. In a dangerous situation, the most important thing is to escape. You must race against time and remember not to be greedy for money.
5. Evacuate quickly, don't stand on crawling forward
When evacuating the fire scene, when the smoke is billowing, your vision is unclear, and you can’t breathe, don’t stand and walk. You should climb on the ground or squat quickly to find a way to escape.
6. Make good use of the passage, don’t enter the elevator and go to nowhere
In the event of a fire, in addition to safe exits such as stairs, you can also use building balconies, window sills, skylights, etc. to climb to surrounding safe places, or slide along protrusions in building structures such as downpipes and lightning protection lines. Go downstairs.
7. Besieged by fireworks, avoid danger and stick to it.
When the escape route is cut off and there is no one to rescue in a short period of time, the method of finding or creating a place of refuge and standing by for help can be adopted. First of all, close the doors and windows facing the fire, open the doors and windows with the back fire, use a wet towel or damp cloth to block the door gap or soak the quilt with water to cover the doors and windows.
8. Jumping from a building has a skill to protect your life and try not to damage your body
Many people choose to jump off the building to escape during the fire. You should also talk about skills when jumping from a building. When jumping from a building, you should try to jump to the middle of the life-saving cushion or choose to jump in the direction of a pool, soft awning, grass, etc.; if possible, try to hold some soft objects such as quilts, sofa cushions, or open a large umbrella to jump. Down to reduce the impact of the buffer.
9. Fire and yourself, roll on the spot, don’t run away
When your clothes catch fire on the fire, you should quickly try to take off your clothes or roll on the spot to press the fire sprouts; it is more effective to be able to jump into the water in time or let people water or spray fire extinguishing agents on your body.
10. Being in danger, save yourself and don’t forget to save others
Anyone who discovers a fire should call "119" for help as soon as possible and report the fire to the fire brigade in time.
The telephone number for fire alarm is 119. When calling the police, you should make clear: the specific address of the fire, the fire intensity, what substance is burning, etc.;
No piles are allowed within ten meters of the fire hydrant, and no parking within 15 meters is allowed.
The policy of fire protection work is: prevention first, combining prevention and fire prevention.
The easiest way to prevent smoke poisoning is to cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel;
Use a low posture to evacuate under heavy smoke, because the smoke is lighter than the air and floats on the upper part. Escape close to the ground is the best way to avoid smoke inhalation.
Cigarette butts are an open flame source, which can easily cause a fire.
