When using this method for maintenance, prepare two special tools for resistance heaters and acetylene heaters.

 1. Insert a flat copper strip into the core tube of the radiator that needs to be removed and replaced, and pull it back and forth several times to remove internal scale.

 2. Insert the resistance heater into the core tube of the radiator, and connect the voltage of 24V at both ends. After the resistance wire burns red, the solder also melts, and at the same time, the solder at the junction of the radiating pipe and the upper and lower bottom plates is melted with an acetylene flame heater to separate it.

 3. Cut off the power supply and use wire cutters to pull out the radiator core tube together with the resistance heater while it is hot.

 4. After removing the residue and dirt of the radiator core tube, insert the radiator core tube of the radiator to be replaced with the solder on the surface, then insert the resistance heater and energize, and cut off after the solder on the surface of the radiator core tube is melted The power supply, wait for the temperature to gradually decrease and the welding is firm, and then pull out the resistance heater.

 5. Weld the upper and lower plates.
