After testing the pump, restore all valves to the specified state.
(2) When there is an emergency or when water is needed for fire fighting drills, open the valve in the valve block corresponding to the position where fire water (foam) is needed, and the return valve is closed.
(3) The inlet valve of the pump must have a normally open, and the outlet valve must be in the closed position.

5. The temperature of the pump and motor bearings should be checked frequently. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 degrees. Check that the working current of the motor should be within the normal range.
6. After stopping the pump, restore all valves to their normal state according to the requirements of the valve opening and closing state diagram.
7. Move the clutch handle of the vacuum suction device to the “close” position, open the bleed valve, reset the float assembly, and be in a state of preparation.
8. If the pump starts, if the pressure reaches 0.8Mpa and then immediately returns to about 0.4Mpa, the water cannot be discharged normally. At this time, stop the pump immediately, open the air release valve to reset the float assembly, and restart.
9. Under normal circumstances, one of the 1# and 2# stabilized pumps is in working condition and the other is in standby condition.
Three, fire truck fire pump maintenance and maintenance
1. Check every shift and ensure that the power supply and circuit of the fire protection system are unobstructed, and the electrical equipment is in good condition.
2. Pump once per shift, the coupling should be uniform in weight, no abnormal noise, and make a record.
3. 7. Regularly check the lubricating oil in each part of the pump to ensure that the lubrication system is working properly.
8. Regularly check whether each connection part is tight and whether it is loose.
